We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 11am.

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE:

With a view to an eco-friendly approach, sheets and pillowcases will only be changed every other day. For a stay of five nights or more, the bed linen will be completely changed every three days (duvet cover, sheets and pillowcases).
Bathroom linen will only be changed when it is placed on the bathroom floor.

BREAKFAST

A buffet breakfast is served on the ground floor from 7am to 10am.

FITNESS ROOM - SAUNA

During your stay with us please feel free to access the fitness room and the sauna in the Relais every day from 8am to 8pm.

TAXI

The reception team will be delighted to organize any taxi transport you require for airport transfers, excursions or to local restaurants. The receptionists are available for the porterage of your luggage.

TV CHANNELS

SAFE

All rooms are provided with a safe. Reception also has a larger safe should you require more space. Owners are responsible for their own property and Château des Vigiers cannot accept liability for damage or loss, for items which haven’t been placed in a safe.

INTERNET, COMPUTER

A computer with internet connection is available in the reception.

Open a web page and enter your first and last name and your email address. (instead of password and login available in the room.)

Maintenance

We strive to maintain a perfect service and regularly check every room’s facilities. However, from time to time technical things go wrong and we would be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible if something in your room or on the estate is not functioning as it should.

Laundry Service, additional linen

Nous vous remercions de déposer votre linge à la réception ou sur votre lit avant 10h30. A cet effet, vous trouverez dans l’armoire un sac et une fiche que nous vous prions de bien vouloir remplir. Si vous désirez obtenir du linge de toilette supplémentaire, n’hésitez pas à demander à la réception, en composant le 9.
